Team agin.com didn't do anything flashy when they competed in Sisters, OR.
They just went out and made a businessman's run both days to finish second in the rodeo.
In the course of a season there are times when you don't draw the best or handle your animal perfectly.
The most important thing at the end of the day is that you got your horse across the finishline.
Many times things will happen at a rodeo that no one expected and many teams will not cross.
By crossing the line both days Team Agin.com put themselves in the average which is the most important thing to do each weekend.
As with any sport, sometimes your up and sometimes your down.
Team Agin.com went to the Mother Lode Round-Up hoping to win a 4th straight victory.
Unfortunately there were too many problems for Team Agin.com to overcome.
Most of the situations that led to the loss were out of the hands of the 2x World Champs.
They battled to the very end hoping to achieve victory.
The result did not cause the team to lose confidence, but will give them fuel to compete the rest of the 2011 rodeo season.
Anytime a cowboy is competing at a Flying U rodeo
it is best to have your boots pulled on tight. The team bronc riding stock is
big, strong, veteran competitors. The horses know how to make even the best
teams look like a rookie. In Marysville, CA, May 2010, Team Agin.com used a
rookie rider named Cody to tie for the win. There were mistakes made, but Team
Agin.com's ability to correct those mistakes quickly allowed them to overcome
obsticles on the way to the win.
There is nothing like competing under the bright
lights of Las Vegas. And boy, did those lights shine bright on Team Agin.com at
the Helldorado Days Rodeo, late May 2009. Everything went according to plan
during that weekend which saw Team Agin.com win the event. They were able to
take first in the 1st Round and Final Round. The event was across from the famed
Freemont Street.
